Our recruitment process
Every assignment is director-led, meaning that our senior consultants are personally responsible for all aspects of the search assignment, and in particular the front-line contact with our clients and all correspondence with candidates.
We begin by working with each client by preparing a comprehensive job specification, to ensure a full understanding of the culture, structure and competences required for the role. We then build a profile of the type of candidate that would fit this role and then begin the process of, first searching, and then shortlisting potential candidates.
Initial candidate screening calls are conducted by one of our consultants, before a shortlist of candidates are presented to the client together with detailed CVs, additional background information and consultant recommendations. We then assist in managing the interview process, ensuring regular communication with both the client and candidates.
Following this, we then provide valuable assistance at the offer stage and also help with the placement of the successful candidate into the client company. We will then follow up once the candidate has settled in to ensure that expectations are being met.
